• Pay my water bill?

  Due the 15th. Pay at City Hall, online, or by phone at (855) 671-9272, 24 hours a day.

• Get a building permit?

  Start with the City Planner; plan check runs through Tulare County RMA.

• Apply for a business license?

  Through HdL at farmersville.hdlgov.com. New in-city license $125, renewal $20.

• Find a council agenda?

  Meetings are the 2nd and 4th Monday at 6:00 pm. Agendas and minutes are in the Document Center.

• Reserve a park?

  Two weeks' notice, a deposit, and a signed waiver. Community Services can help.

• Report an accessibility barrier?

  Use the ADA grievance form, or call City Hall at (559) 747-0458.
