What to do
- Bring tap water to a rolling boil for one minute before drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or making ice.
- Bottled water is fine. Boiling is not needed for showering or laundry.
Why
This is a demonstration entry showing how the City Clerk publishes an emergency notice from the editor: she fills in the title, the one-sentence summary, the effective time, and when it ends. The notice appears at the top of every page while it is in effect and moves to the archive automatically when it expires.
