Public records requests

Under the California Public Records Act (Gov. Code § 7920.000 et seq.) you may inspect or request copies of City records. The City responds within 10 days to say whether it has disclosable records, and may extend that by up to 14 days in unusual circumstances.

Agendas and minutes

Council agendas, packets, and approved minutes are published in the Document Center. Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before regular meetings.

Elections

The City Clerk is the City's elections official. Municipal elections are conducted with the Tulare County Registrar of Voters; candidate filing periods and results are posted here when available.
